No. It is one product, with the same plans and prices. The sector pages show how each kind of organisation uses it.
What does it cost?
Free is £0. Foundation: £199/month or £1,990/year, 2 channels. All prices exclude VAT where applicable. No per-person or per-message charges.
Do people need an app or a Microsoft account?
No. They can use the browser or get the app for iPhone, iPad or Android. People joining a conversation need no Microsoft account.
Where does the record live?
On a connected paid plan, it files into your own Microsoft 365, under your retention rules. Free has no Microsoft 365 archive. Core messages are stored and processed in the UK; some supporting services process elsewhere.
